Selling Branch Manager – Light Industrial Staffing – Troy, MI

Our client is seeking a Selling Branch Manager to launch and grow a new Detroit-area market based in Troy, MI. This is a true “build” role where you will own the sales strategy, win new automotive manufacturing business, expand existing accounts, and lead day-to-day branch operations as you scale a team. You’ll be the face of the business locally: prospecting, networking, running client meetings, negotiating terms, and driving performance against revenue and margin targets, while partnering closely with recruiting to deliver top talent and a strong candidate experience. 

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of staffing sales experience with an automotive focus, a proven track record of new business development, and the leadership chops to build a high-accountability, customer-first culture.
