Jill manages the Southeast Region from Charlotte, NC. She has more than 25 years of staffing management and recruiting experience, and brings significant industry intelligence and networking channels to Mee Derby’s client companies. Prior to joining Mee Derby in 1994, Jill worked in New York City managing the search division for Olsten Corporation. Jill is a graduate of Colgate University and is fluent in Spanish.
We could not run Mee Derby without Eliza! Eliza joined Mee Derby in 2000 and manages operations and technology. She has more than 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Eliza comes to Mee Derby from Australia, where she was a Technical Recruiter for an information technology staffing firm for three years. She also has five years’ experience in IT, medical and engineering recruitment in the Philippines. Eliza is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines.
Jennifer has more than 17 years of experience in the staffing industry. She comes to Mee Derby having spent the bulk of her career working in temporary staffing and most recently as a corporate recruiter for a major staffing company, recruiting search professionals throughout the United States. Beginning her career as an on-site manager for a software company in Lenexa, Kansas, Jennifer has worked in territories including Texas, South Carolina, Kansas and Virginia, and has experience recruiting in the IT, legal, accounting and finance, administrative, manufacturing and healthcare verticals. Jennifer is a graduate of Kansas State University.
Kim brings more than 20 years of staffing industry and search experience to Mee Derby. She and her team focus nationally, with an emphasis in the professional services sector, working with both privately held and national firms to help increase their footprint and attract senior leadership. Prior to joining Mee Derby, she spent 15 years with Spherion in sales management and sales in the areas of professional services, IT and administrative. Her work experience includes managing and selling staffing services in the Washington, D.C. region and nationally. Kim is a graduate of McDaniel College.
Stephanie has 14 years of experience in the staffing industry. Her first role in staffing was to help open a medical administrative and clerical division for a global staffing company, and she became fascinated with the industry. Her early years in recruiting were spent predominantly on the west coast in temporary staffing and encompassed administrative, clerical, light industrial, mortgage and lending, financial services, human resources and IT. Since 2007, Stephanie has been in corporate recruiting identifying top talent across the country in sales and service leadership, contingent staffing leadership, branch management, account management and recruiting. Stephanie also has hands-on experience in on-site management, VMS technology, and MSP/RPO staffing. Stephanie has a degree in neuroscience and is a graduate of Regis University.
Jim supports our national searches and sits in the New York City area, assisting clients and candidates with their talent acquisition goals. With over 30 years of professional staffing experience, Jim is a leader in the industry having spent his career building and managing successful sales and recruiting teams and driving profitable business. Jim’s brings exceptional focus on the finance & accounting (F&A) staffing industry to Mee Derby. After his early career in finance and accounting, he started as an F&A recruiter and over the next 20 years gradually rose to oversee one of the largest regions for the #2 F&A staffing firm. He has also built F&A staffing operations in most major U.S. markets while also adding executive search teams to enhance overall profitability. mee derby has known jim for years as a client and candidate, watching his career evolve from recruiter to branch manager to regional VP/division director. Jim is a graduate of Hawthorne College, where he completed a B.S. degree in accounting.
Sue has more than 11 years of staffing industry experience. She comes to Mee Derby having spent her staffing career with Keepers Staffing, an independent, full service company based in the Washington, DC – Baltimore metropolitan area. Sue was an area leader at Keepers which specializes in serving mid-sized companies in administrative and accounting/finance. Sue is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University.
