Our client, a fast-growing tech staffing firm, is seeking a senior technology staffing leader to build and scale its Austin-based Technical Services division. This is a high-impact executive role overseeing both sales and recruiting while leading the Austin market, with a focus on driving long-term growth and operational excellence.

 

You’ll step in as a true player/coach, contributing to strategic client development and building a high-performing team. Over time, the vision is for this leader to transition into a fully leadership-focused role centered on scaling people, processes, and overall business performance.
