Vice President of Business Development – Workforce Solutions – Remote
Are you a dynamic business development leader with a passion for recruitment solutions and talent acquisition? We’re searching for a driven, strategic sales executive to accelerate revenue growth by expanding our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive new business by proactively identifying and engaging prospective clients in the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from outreach and qualification through proposal, pricing, and contract negotiation.
- Develop and refine go-to-market messaging and articulate the value of full-cycle RPO solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, client services, technology, and operations teams.
- Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, and conferences as a subject matter expert and brand ambassador.
- Contribute to overall growth strategy and help shape solution offerings for diverse client needs.
What Success Looks Like:
- Meet or exceed revenue and gross margin targets within your first 12 months and beyond.
- Consistently generate and convert qualified sales opportunities, delivering proposals and closing deals aligned with company goals.
- Develop tailored solutions and compelling sales messaging in partnership with internal teams.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers across the staffing sector.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience selling partial or full-cycle RPO solutions or complex talent acquisition offerings.
- Strong business development skills, including cold outreach, social selling, and pipeline management.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus).
- Deep understanding of recruitment technology and the staffing ecosystem.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultative skills, with the ability to listen, problem-solve, and influence at the executive level.
- Creative approach to messaging and content, able to personalize outreach for maximum impact.
- Self-starter, independent, team-oriented, and eager to learn in a growth-driven environment.
Compensation includes a $120-$130K base salary with strong upside.
