Location: Pennsylvania (open to 2-3 weeks travel monthly)
Most Recent Role: Vice President
Compensation Target: $225K–$250K base (300-350K+ total compensation)
Most recently, he led commercial sales across four offices in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, with full P&L ownership for business units generating $60M+ annually, representing roughly half of total company revenue.
Under his leadership:
– Executive oversight of 4 offices across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast
– Direct leadership of 4 Directors of Operations
– Grew a single office from $10M to $25M in two years
– Drove 40%+ year-over-year regional growth
– Led and developed 80+ sales and recruiting professionals
= Built disciplined sales process, territory strategy, and KPI-driven accountability
– Consistently delivered both net-new logo acquisition and deep account expansion
He is not a “sit behind the desk” executive. He is in the field with clients, side-by-side with sellers, coaching in real time and building revenue engines that are predictable, profitable, and scalable. His passion is developing sales talent and promoting leaders from within — and his teams have the production results to prove it.
He is best suited for a growth-oriented organization seeking a Head of Sales, EVP, or President-level leader to scale operations, drive enterprise account strategy, and build a culture of performance.
Based in the Mid-Atlantic and able to travel extensively, he is selectively exploring his next long-term leadership opportunity.
