Director of Compliance, Hospitality Staffing – Denver, CO
Our client, a nationwide leader in hospitality staffing, known for providing rapid, reliable workforce solutions across multiple states is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Compliance to lead and evolve our compliance function.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening their compliance framework across multi-state operations. You’ll ensure alignment with labor laws, safety standards, wage regulations, E-Verify, and internal protocols while serving as a proactive partner to operations, HR, and executive leadership.
- 5–10 years of compliance or legal experience in staffing, hospitality, logistics, or similar industries are required
- Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus, not required
Compensation includes $110k base plus bonus potential.
