Our client is seeking a VP of New Business Development to lead strategic growth and expand market share.

This role requires significant experience in business development, sales leadership, and client engagement, ideally in the staffing or workforce solutions industry. You should have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships and experience in enterprise sales strategies, contract negotiations, and client engagement at the executive level.

Compensation includes $160k+ bonus – flexible depending on experience.
