According to the latest Express Employment Professionals-Harris Poll survey, “U.S. Hiring Outlook Remains Positive for Remainder of 2024.”

Based on 1,003 U.S. hiring decision-makers, 81% share a positive outlook on hiring opportunities for the rest of the year and 60% are reporting they plan to expand their workforce in the second half of the year.
