Direct Hire Leader, Commercial Staffing

This role is virtual and can sit in any of the following geographies: Oklahoma City, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, Orlando, Richmond, Cincinnati, Charlotte.

Our client is a privately held commercial staffing firm headquartered on the East Coast with 15 markets, this role will launch a formal Direct Hire Division and will build out a team. As a Direct Hire Leader, you will be at the forefront of driving profitable management and growth within the Direct Hire Division. This is a producing leader role with the opportunity to build your own team, while having the support of a larger entity. 

This role involves overseeing the full desk recruiting process, from sales and candidate sourcing to evaluating talent and ensuring client satisfaction. Your responsibilities include meeting performance goals and actively contributing to recruitment and new business development efforts. The ultimate objective is to lead the division to a stage where it can support a team of direct-hire recruiters.
