Hunt Scanlon shares their piece, “Women on Boards: Identifying and Landing a Board Seat”

In a recent study conducted by McKinsey, “companies in the top quartile for board member gender diversity are 25% more likely to outperform than those in the bottom quartile.” Along with a different study, which took place in 2022, found “organizations where women make up more than a quarter of the executive committee enjoy profit margins that are 10x those with no female board members.”

Women still only make up about 28% of board seats in North America and Europe. With that being said, Hunt Scanlon provides some insight into how to seek these opportunities and make them into a reality.
