Managing Director – Professional Staffing – South Florida

We are working with a well respected PE owned Boutique Professional Staffing Firm out of the Midwest, and they are seeking a Managing Director to lead their up and coming South Florida office.  

This is a hybrid leadership position that will be best suited for somebody who loves this business and is looking for personal and professional growth. This person will manage a team of 6 and about $2M in revenue while strategizing and positioning the branch for organic growth.  

We need a high energy and results oriented individual for this search and am just kicking things off this week.  

Compensation in the low to mid six figures with bonus opportunities as well.
