82% OF US WORKERS MORE LIKELY TO APPLY TO JOBS WITH LISTED PAY RANGE: SHRM – SIA Daily News

In the latest survey conducted by Society for Human Resource Management, they found that “82% of US Workers More Likely To Apply To Jobs With Listed Pay Range.”

In an effort to achieve pay equity, listing compensation has been seen as an effective method to accomplish such a goal. Not only that, but job seekers tend to have more trust in companies that share compensation which makes them more likely to apply.
