Our client is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Executive to grow an Accounting & Finance staffing practice in the Charlotte market.
You’ll focus on new business development, build lasting client relationships, and partner with an experienced recruiting team to deliver talent solutions. This is a great fit for a consultative seller who enjoys prospecting and wants to build their own book of business.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of B2B sales, staffing sales, recruiting, or business development experience preferred.
- Accounting & Finance staffing experience.
Compensation includes a $80K-$95K base + uncapped commission.
