Account Executive – Technology Staffing (IC hunter)
Austin, TX market (remote day-to-day, relocation to Austin strongly preferred)

Comp: $65K–$75K base + 6-month non-recoverable guarantee/draw + uncapped commission (realistic $130K–$150K+ Y1)

You’ll build new business with strong recruiter support, sell contract + direct hire, and work executive relationships in a high-growth tech staffing practice. Monthly in-person meetups/training in Austin + serious runway to build a book.
