Most recently serving as Vice President of Human Resources, the candidate helped scale a venture-backed healthcare organization from 7 to more than 600 employees through multiple funding rounds and national expansion. Their experience spans strategic human capital leadership as well as oversight of the core people functions necessary to support organizational growth, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, credentialing, workforce administration, and organizational effectiveness.
