Branch Operations Manager – Arlington, TX
Our client, a leader in Skilled Trades and Manufacturing staffing, is growing and hiring an experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead a key territory. You will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving recruiting efforts, managing client relationships, and leading a team of recruiters and support staff.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Preferred
- 5+ years of staffing industry experience
- Leadership/management experience in staffing, preferably within skilled trades or industrial sectors
Compensation includes a base salary of 80k+ and monthly bonus based on gross profit.
