According to a recent survey conducted by AMN Healthcare Services, “Nearly half of health execs to seek new jobs this year.”
Based on the responses of 588 healthcare executives, “46%, plan to leave their organizations within the next year…and 26% plan to do so immediately or within the next six months.”
Mary Newell, VP of physician and leadership search at AMN, said “post pandemic, many healthcare professionals are reassessing where, when and how they work.”
