CNN reports on the October Jobs Report finding “The US economy added 199,000 jobs in November.” Jane Oates, a former Department of Labor official and president of employment education nonprofit WorkingNation said “The economy’s still humming along…And it was a much better day than was predicted.”
The unemployment rate dropped from 3.7% to 3.5% with the ending of strikes from actors and autoworkers returning to work from the picket lines having some impact.
