Business Development Manager – Hospitality Staffing & Janitorial Services (CO & TX Markets)

Our client, a national hospitality services firm, is expanding its sales team and hiring two Business Development Managers across both hospitality staffing and janitorial/facility services. These are true new business (hunter) roles focused on selling into hospitality and commercial clients, with an emphasis on complex sales cycles, financial acumen, and C-suite engagement.

You’ll own the full sales process from prospecting through close, developing relationships with key decision-makers while driving new revenue across high-impact service lines.

Hospitality sales experience is required for these roles.

Comp: $76,500–$107,100 base + uncapped commission
