The hurdle in question for this article is “An Alienating Education System.” Native American students are considered to have the lowest graduation rate according to the Bureau of Indian Affairs and are considered to be further disenfranchised by the western education system which has “spent the last 300 years stripping Native peoples of [their] worldview.”
