Robin Mee is the Founder and CEO of MeeDerby, the leading search firm for the Workforce Solutions ecosystem. She is a passionate advocate of staffing, a volunteer industry leader and a regular speaker at staffing events nationally. Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) has honored Robin many times on the Staffing 100 and the Global Women’s Power 150 lists and in 2016 the American Staffing Association (ASA) recognized Robin with their first-ever Volunteer of The Year award. In late 2023, Robin was named to the American Staffing Association Board of Directors for 2024. Robin is a vocal supporter of Women in Leadership and issues of Diversity and Inclusion, and MeeDerby a sponsor of the ASA’s Women in Leadership Interest Group and Women of Color in Staffing. Staffing companies have voted MeeDerby a Best of Staffing firm 13 times for Client satisfaction in the annual ClearlyRated survey. Robin is a co-author with 14 other women staffing leaders of Together We Rise, whose initial proceeds are funding ASA scholarships in support of rising females. Most importantly, Robin and her team at MeeDerby are highly regarded members of the staffing community whose company is a conduit for change, as MeeDerby has helped hundreds of staffing companies grow by hiring top talent, and thousands of staffing professionals elevate their careers.
Kim brings more than 20 years of staffing industry and search experience to MeeDerby. She leads the day to day operations of MeeDerby supporting the team in placing managers and executives in the staffing industry. Kim is active with the American Staffing Association (ASA), participating in the Women in Leadership Council, The Mentor/Mentee Program, former Chair of the Direct Hire Council and a 2023 advisor to the Women’s Business Colloraberative’s (WBC) Staffing Workstream. Kim is active in her community as a board member with SHIP (Student Homeless Initiative Partnership), is a volunteer dive coach for her son’s highschool and a committee member of BoyScout Troop 278. Prior to joining MeeDerby, Kim spent 15 years with Spherion in leadership and revenue driving roles across multiple staffing verticals.
Based out of the Washington DC Metro, Sue is active with the ASA’s Women in Leadership Council and the Direct Hire Council and is an 18-year staffing industry veteran. She started her career in field marketing and quickly realized that she had a natural ability in leading people and building teams. Like many, she fell into staffing and found that it was an industry that allowed her to utilize all of her skills in a fast-paced and dynamic industry. Sue came to MeeDerby through an introduction to Robin Mee via her former boss at the former Capital Area Staffing Association mixer. After she was ready to make a change, Sue reached out to Robin to discuss her career search and after sharing what she was looking for, Robin suggested discussing an opportunity internally with MeeDerby. She has been with MeeDerby for nearly 7 years now and has risen to Associate Director where she manages a recruiting team and manages her own desk.
Sue is passionate about positivity and leading with heart and attacks all things in life with tenacity and speed. Sue is emphatically committed to her husband and two children. She is also passionate about weight lifting, hiking, and hot yoga. Sue loves to travel and has been to 36 states.
Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. She comes to MeeDerby having spent the bulk of her career working in temporary staffing and corporate recruiting for a national staffing firm. Beginning her career as an on-site manager in Lenexa, Kansas, Jennifer has experience recruiting in multiple geographies throughout the U.S. with expertise recruiting in the IT, Legal, Accounting and Finance, Administrative, Manufacturing, Light Industrial and Healthcare verticals. Jennifer is a graduate of Kansas State University and a mom of three. She loves traveling, playing games with her family, and Friday night date nights with her husband.
Jill has more than 25 years of staffing management and recruiting experience, and brings significant industry intelligence and networking channels to MeeDerby’s client companies. Jill joined MeeDerby after a successful career in New York City managing Executive Search divisions for several organizations. Jill is a graduate of Colgate University and is fluent in Spanish.
Jill served as the former chair for the North Carolina chapter of ASA. She has been a mentor for the Wayfinders program in Charlotte, NC for over a decade, an organization providing children from high-poverty schools the opportunity to supplement their education with experiences that improve academic achievement and physical activity, expand their social capital, and increase their preparedness for the workforce.
We could not run MeeDerby without Eliza, she is the glue to our operation! Eliza joined MeeDerby in 2000 and was managing operations and technology until she expanded her role to Chief of Staff. She has more than 25 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Eliza comes to MeeDerby from Australia, where she was a Technical Recruiter for an information technology staffing firm for three years. She also has five years’ experience in IT, medical and engineering recruitment in the Philippines. Eliza is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines.
MeeDerby paved the way for Eliza to move to the US, through a professional working visa, until she earned her citizenship. She is MeeDerby’s shining example of the American Dream.
Anisha has over ten years of experience in the Staffing Industry. At MeeDerby, she focuses on placing executives and leaders in staffing firms across the US. She has experience working with professionals across multiple verticals, including IT, accounting and finance, healthcare, and commercial/light industrial. Originally, Anisha joined MeeDerby through iPlace as an offshore Recruiter based in Pune, until MeeDerby created the opportunity for her to join as a full time. This is when Anisha relocated to Dublin, Ireland, to join the team as an official team member where she focuses her recruiting efforts on US based opportunities.
In her free time, she enjoys exploring Ireland’s ☘️ country-side, cliff views and vast options for delicious pints of beer.

She focuses on staffing Commercial Branch Managers, Business Development Managers and Recruiters in the Staffing Industry. Kamille is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University – Go Bearcats!
Kamille is a mother and wife, residing in Liberty, Missouri. In addition to helping Staffing Industry Professionals find their next career role, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, knitting, playing with her dogs – Sunny and River, and catching a KC Chiefs game or KC Current match!

He has a broad and deep knowledge of the Staffing Industry, having worked across all corners of the industry, expanding on his roots in Commercial Staffing. He also has a unique background in visual storytelling, having interned with a photojournalist from TIME Magazine and covered major events such as the 2004 presidential election and the World Series. Before joining MeeDerby, Alex held an executive leadership role, where she led a permanent placement division with a people-first approach and a deep understanding of the ever-evolving healthcare talent landscape.
As a previous mental health therapist, Alex often jokes that in her “former life,” she was preparing for staffing all along. The interpersonal and psychological skills she honed in that field have become her secret weapon—because at the end of the day, it’s all about the people.

Based in the Kansas City metro, Alex is a proud wife and mom of two, a lifelong Husker fan, and always planning her next travel adventure.
Lauren Fenech comes to MeeDerby with 3 years of experience in executive placement, has conducted over 2,000 professional candidate interviews, and is proud to have placed multiple women into leadership positions. Lauren previously worked as an account executive in employee benefits for five years, where she handled all things health insurance and helped organizations streamline their benefit processes through technology. She focuses on staffing Commercial Branch Managers, Business Development Managers and Recruiters in the Staffing Industry. Lauren obtained her bachelor’s degree in human resources from Grand Valley State University. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys adventures with her family. She enjoys making memories through travel, cooking, music, staying active, spending time outside, and catching a football game. Lauren is dedicated and passionate about staying in a positive mindset. She enjoys inner ‘soul work’ through the practices of breathwork and meditation.
Aaron Bonda brings 7 years of staffing industry experience in Accounting and Finance as well as Administrative staffing to the MeeDerby team. Aaron received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia. After 4 internships in accounting with a trajectory taking him to become a CPA for one of the Big 4, Aaron made the decisions to pivot his skills into the staffing industry. The same firm that placed him at his internships became his new employer where he spent 7 years specializing in Accounting and Finance staffing. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys traveling, working out and spending time with his family in Virginia.
Jack brings +6.5 years of staffing industry experience to MeeDerby. He manages all marketing initiatives, social media strategies and external branding of MeeDerby with an aim of building both the company and individual executive recruiters brands simultaneously. Jack relies on his creative mind and knowledge of ongoing staffing industry trends to create a dialogue, sense of community and general connection in our marketing efforts. The goal is to create a blend of content around industry trends, team fun and the jobs we have to offer.
In his free time Jack enjoys his days in Brooklyn, NY making music of vast varieties after work and all that the city has to offer.
