- Broader role diversification: Searches have expanded beyond traditional field leadership placements to include CFO, AI Enablement, HR leadership, Legal Counsel, and Risk & Compliance, alongside a steady stream of Senior Sales Leadership roles
- Sustained demand across staffing verticals: Continued activity across Commercial, Healthcare, IT, Life Sciences, Skilled Trades, and Construction
- High adoption of AI tools: The MeeDerby ecosystem is seeing strong adoption of leading AI tools, driving measurable, revenue-generating outcomes
- New internship program launched: Completed our first summer internship program, focused on AI research and application in executive search, as well as marketing support
