First they have to “Get It.” One must understand the job beyond just the technical skills that are job requirements.
Second, the team must “Want It.” It’s important that all parties buy into the process fully to create healthy interfacing as opposed to not wanting to fully participate on the interviewing team.
Thirdly, the team must “Have the capacity to do it.” One must have time in their day to make the process as fair as possible. The attention to detail is imperative to the interview process.
