West Coast Area Manager, Commercial Staffing, West Coast
We have an exceptional opportunity with our client, a privately held, 35 year old multi-vertical staffing and recruiting firm seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team as a West Coast Area Manager. In order to qualify, you must reside in the Sacramento market, or the Los Angeles Market. This role requires an approximate 15 weeks a year visiting offices in the west coast territory.
Ideal candidates will have
- 5+ years of verifiable leadership experience.
- established a business cadence with national accounts
- a demonstrated record of success and overachievement.
- been very successful at attracting and hiring talent.
- You are motivated, adaptable, and able to work with little direction
- You have experience managing a geographically dispersed team.
