Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Sales is responsible for overseeing the entire organizational sales strategy (caregiver and client focused), driving operational growth to ensure increased profitability and customer retention.  The right candidate has experience leading high-performing sales teams, managing operating capabilities, and shaping company policies or procedures. They combine business and management expertise to meet short-term and long-term goals and generate revenue.
