Kim Whiteley has been promoted to Senior Vice President, leading the entire MeeDerby team.
As a Senior Vice President with Mee Derby, Kim leads the team of recruiters nationally placing Executives and managers in the staffing industry, working with both privately-held and national firms to help increase their geographic footprint and attract senior leadership. Prior to joining MeeDerby, Kim spent 15 years with Spherion in leadership and revenue driving roles across multiple staffing verticals. Kim is active with the American Staffing Association (ASA), participating in the Women in Leadership Council, The Mentor/Mentee Program, former Chair of the Direct Hire Council and a 2023 advisor to the Women’s Business Colloraberative’s (WBC) Staffing Workstream. Kim is active in her community as a board member with SHIP (Student Homeless Initiative Partnership), is a volunteer dive coach for her son’s highschool and a committee member of BoyScout Troop 278.
Jennifer Tucker is being promoted to Director and Executive Recruiter leading a new division placing staffing industry recruiters, salespeople and branch managers.
Jennifer has been working in the staffing industry since 2000, with over 10 years in temporary staffing and now over 10 years with MeeDerby. She has been fortunate to work in regions including Kansas, Texas, South Carolina, and Virginia. Recruiting for professionals within the staffing industry all over the country and within all verticals has been one of the most rewarding aspects of her role. In January of 2023, Jennifer took on additional responsibility to lead a new division for MeeDerby specifically focusing on placing sales and recruiting producers for our new and existing clients. She is beyond thrilled to welcome Kamille Chilcutt to this team and is excited for 2023!
Kamille Chilcutt has been hired as a Recruiter to focus on Recruiter, Sales and Branch Manager level positions. Kamille has a decade of experience in the staffing industry. She comes to MeeDerby having spent most of her career working in temporary staffing and most recently as an Area Manager with LSI Staffing in the Kansas City market.
Anisha Fernandes has been hired as a full time recruiter based in Ireland who has been in an offshore recruiter capacity for the last 7 years. Anisha has been working in the recruitment industry since 2014, and has spent the last 7+ years with MeeDerby as an Offshore Recruiter. Her primary focus is placing executives and leaders in staffing firms across the US. She has worked with professionals across multiple verticals, including but not limited to: IT, Accounting and Finance, Healthcare, Commercial/Light Industrial, MSP/VMS. Prior to joining the staffing world, Anisha worked as a Customer Service Representative supporting the BCBS account through an Offshore company. Anisha is excited to now be a full time Recruiter with MeeDerby!
