Bruce Anderson took to the Linkedin Talent Solutions blog to discuss a “New Trend: 1 in 5 Job Posts on LinkedIn Doesn’t Require a College Degree.”

Based on the latest data from Linkedin, more and more jobs are removing the degree requirement as skill-marketing becomes more effective as well as underrepresented talent gain more visibility. “In the U.S., for example, nearly two-thirds of adults do not have a four-year degree.” This number becomes slimmer for less represented demographics in the workplace.
