For Diverse CEOs, Progress Comes Slowly – Hunt Scanlon

Hunt Scanlon has shared their analysis of the “Route to the Top 2022” report released by Heidrick & Struggles and found “For Diverse CEOs, Progress Comes Slowly”

Among “Fortune 100 CEOs, the number of women who held the top position in 2022—12 percent—remains unchanged from a year ago. (Ten percent of those women were white and two percent were black.) Whereas, 14 percent of CEOs were ethnically diverse, up slightly from a year earlier.”
