Congratulations to Robin Mee on being named to the 7th annual Staffing Industry Analysts Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing 2021 List!

Robin Mee in 1988 founded executive search firm MeeDerby, which serves the staffing industry itself, and today serves as president. MeeDerby for more than 10 years has operated remotely. With 15-plus year tenured staff, the company saw no layoffs or furloughs during the pandemic and enjoyed continued profitability in 2020 and 2021. Mee has a keen interest in women in leadership and DE&I and works to encourage continued promotion of women’s accomplishments in the industry. An advisor to the Women’s Business Collaborative’s staffing work stream, Staffing Lady Leaders, and an informal DE&I group, Mee mentors the industry in pay equity, gender parity, and women and minority participation in the workplace.
