Once a year, the team at Mee Derby comes together for a few days of camaraderie, strategic planning and fun.

 

“We do a review on the successes of the previous year, and a deep-dive on our clients’ responses to the annual Inavero survey.” said Mee Derby President Robin Mee, “We engage in team-building activities, break bread and enjoy each other’s company. For an organization that works virtually, this annual retreat is an important way we connect. Being together, laughing, playing games, eating well and getting some work done too, is on the agenda.”

 

Our past retreats have included mountain cabins, historic homes and beach houses. This year the team will meet at historic house in Washington, DC.

 

Mee Derby executive recruiters are based all around the US, from the headquarters in Washington, DC to the mountains of North Carolina and Colorado. Technologies like Bullhorn and Zoom enable us to confer daily as a recruiting team, while working from each of our respective homes. This positions each recruiter for optimal work-life balance. We also set our own schedules in terms of making appointments for calls, giving everyone great flexibility.
