On Wednesday July 13th, Robin Mee and Kim Whiteley of Mee Derby will speak at the Massachusetts Staffing Association’s 2nd Annual Senior Leadership Roundtable Series.
This will be the 3rd session in the series. Mee and Whiteley will facilitate a discussion among agency owners, senior managers and select industry partners on the very best practices behind recruitment, retention and onboarding.
Within recruitment, the discussion will span social media, technology, websites, job boards, job descriptions, networking, referrals, structured process, assessments and college recruiting.
On retention, the focus will be on defining your corporate culture & values, hiring to them and then developing retention strategies. Specific attention will be given to how employee engagement will manifest itself in your organization.
Finally, the all important compensation issue including national trends.
This will be a highly interactive, round-table setting with attendance strictly limited to 25 individuals.
