Good news for staffing professionals who keep a finger on the shifting employment landscape: Bullhorn has released findings from the 2016 North American Staffing and Recruiting Trends Survey.

 

Key insights from this year’s survey include statistics on revenue, VMS growth and placement growth. There are encouraging signs as well as some cautionary ones.

“The projections are strong in 2016 with healthcare and search leading the way but all professional services areas expecting 6-10%+ growth,” commented Mee Derby President Robin Mee. “That ‘cautionary’ trend surprised me. I attended a SIA webinar yesterday that reviewed 2015 growth compared to projections in 2016 and 2017 and almost every sector of staffing had strong and expected growth in 2015.”
