Making the Most of LinkedIn: a Case Study & Interview

 

With demand for talent so high in the Staffing Industry that people call it a war for talent, staffing firms must find creative and effective ways to connect and attract candidates.

Mee Derby decided to make the most of our presence on LinkedIn. We began by upgrading our recruiters to Recruiter Professional Service (RPS) licenses. In 2014, we piloted LinkedIn Talent Solutions – a set of tools specifically designed for recruiters to make the most of LinkedIn.

The results have been terrific.

Six months later our team unanimously voted to continue with Talent Solutions.
