Three members of the Mee Derby recruitment team will attend the Staffing Industry Analyst’s Executive Forum from March 16 to the 19th in Orlando this year.
Mee Derby has attended the forum for 23 years and is proud to be a Sponsor five years in a row. It will be the third time that we have been an Optimum Sponsor providing the Forum’s Wi-Fi.
The annual forum is a hub of thought-leadership for the staffing industry. “Three days at the Executive Forum is akin to an MBA intensive,” said Robin Mee. The keynote speakers provide exceptional insight into the industry and Barry Asin’s kick-off is always a combination of fascinating and funny. Smaller workshops provide space for more interactive learning, as well as panels with high-level subject matter experts and practitioners. The program covers all the bases, with keynote speakers presenting on talent acquisition, leadership, world-class sales organizations, and innovation. It hits the highlights of what’s on the mind of staffing industry professionals. This year’s Forum is themed on Alternative Visions: New Strategies for a New Era in Staffing.
Attendees also benefit from the networking and camaraderie the Executive Forum generates. “We had a fantastic time last year reconnecting with old friends and making new ones,” said Robin Mee, “Five of us from Mee Derby attended last year in San Diego, which was really special.” Executive recruiter Betsy Grady reminisced about a party hosted by Bullhorn on a rooftop with a wonderful view of San Diego’s Qualcoomm stadium one evening and a yachting dinner in the San Diego harbor on another.
We are particularly looking forward to the Women’s Leadership Luncheon hosted by ClearEdge Marketing – a first for the Executive Forum. Nine of the Mee Derby team happen to be women, and we are excited to hear from the perspectives of our peers and to share our own experiences.
