BETHESDA, Maryland, January 20, 2015 – Mee Derby celebrates the return of recruiter Stephanie O’Hayre to the team. Stephanie joined Mee Derby in 2013, bringing 10 years of experience as a national recruiter in the staffing industry with expertise in sales, implementation, management and internal recruiting. She completed a special recruiting project for Cross Country Staffing for several months leading up to her sabbatical, which she spent with her husband and three children.

Stephanie entered the staffing industry in 2003 after enjoying a 10-year career in the medical field where she ran a billing department for a successful family practice group in Arvada, CO. Having obtained a degree in Neuroscience, Stephanie planned to continue her pursuits in medicine, but another path lay in store. Her in-depth medical experience attracted the attention of Robert Half International where she was recruited to help open a marquee administrative healthcare division for one of their busiest offices in San Francisco, CA. This opportunity introduced Stephanie to the ever-expanding and exciting world of staffing, and she was hooked!
Stephanie’s industry experience continued to grow outside of healthcare to include administrative, clerical, light industrial, mortgage and lending, financial services, human resources, and corporate staffing. A move back to her home-state of Colorado afforded her the chance to join CORESTAFF Services where Stephanie quickly grew in the company. She started in an account management role and earned 4 prestigious sales awards within her first year, including Sales Person of the Year. Stephanie’s hard work landed her a large account win where she was able to implement a national contract with a highly reputable insurance provider. This led to another award-winning year for Stephanie and also exposed her to on-site account management, VMS technology, and MSP staffing. CORESTAFF rewarded Stephanie with a corporate role, and she began recruiting internally for the company identifying top talent in sales and service leadership, contingent staffing leadership, branch management, account management and recruiting.
Stephanie’s corporate recruiting experience lends itself perfectly for her work with Mee Derby and she is thrilled to rejoin the team.
