Mee Derby has a dedicated core staff of ten with
a total of over 100 years of staffing industry experience. Our seven
Executive Recruiters have an average of more than 15 years of staffing
experience each.
Since our founding in 1988, Mee Derby has grown
from one recruiter to a national network of many of the finest Executive
Recruiters in the search industry. Networking partnerships greatly
expand our search and place abilities, bringing clients and candidates
together much more quickly and successfully.
While Mee Derby's core staff focuses on search,
our team of outside consultants and partners keeps the company running
productively and efficiently. We are proud to have Bullhorn
manage our enterprise application software and candidate tracking
system, Biersma Creative maintain and host our website, and Monster
posts our job openings. Every operational and administrative function
that is beyond our core competency is outsourced.
